Alerts

Protect your Cypress Credit Union accounts from fraud by setting up our free alerts that let you know when your account is logged into and when new activity or changes have been made to your online banking.

 You can receive notifications for the following account activity:

  • Personal Access Code (PAC) is changed
  • Interac e-Transfer® recipient is added
  • Online Banking account is locked out – incorrect response to security question
  • Online Banking login 

How do I sign up?

Log into Cypress Credit Union mobile App.

  1. Navigate to the Alerts icon (swipe left to the second screen to find this)
  2. Click “Manage Alerts”
  3. You will be asked to accept the Alerts Agreement before you can complete your registration. From here, add your email address, and/or mobile phone number and follow the instructions received in the confirmation email or text.
  4. Click on the alerts you want to activate.
  5. Ensure the box beside the email address and/or mobile phone number has a  check mark beside it  and Click Save to activate the alert.

Log into Online Banking

  1. Once logged in click on Messages and Alerts and then Get Started Today under the Alerts section.
  1. Click on the Alert you would like to set up first and click Get Started. You will then be asked to accept the Alerts Agreement before you can complete your registration. From here, add your email address, and/or cell phone number and follow the instructions received in the confirmation email or text.
  2. Click on the alerts that you want to activate and click Add. You will then have to tick the box next to the email address and/or cell phone number you would like the alert sent to and click submit.
