Personal Access Code (PAC)

At Cypress Credit Union, we want to ensure that our members online and mobile banking experience is as safe and secure as possible. We know that every online account needs a password, and it can be tempting for you to use your usual password, but your online banking PAC needs to be complex and unique to keep your online banking safe and secure.

What are the Requirements?

Your PAC needs to be a combination of the following criteria:

  • Must contain a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 30.
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • No spaces
  • The following special characters are recommended but optional: @ # $ - ! |( ) ?

*The last 10 passwords you have used cannot be used again*

 Where Can I Change my PAC?

You can change your PAC at anytime through Member Direct on your desktop computer or through the Cypress Credit Union Mobile App. You will be required to change your PAC annually; however, it is recommended that you change your PAC every 90 days.

** Please note that it cannot be changed on mobile web.  


·        Do not share your PAC with anyone.

·        Do not allow your browser to save your PAC.

·        Do not use the same password for multiple accounts.

Please Remember: 
Do not use weak passwords that are easy to guess such as street addresses, telephone numbers or dates such as anniversaries, birthdays etc. Make sure your password is unique, difficult to guess, and be sure to use a different password for each of your important accounts. Consider a phrase such as IL0veD0gs! Combining numbers and letters.
