Manage your MEMBER CARD® debit card whether you are travelling, suspect that your debit card is being used fraudulently or you have simply misplaced it.  With Lock’N’Block®, you can lock your MEMBER CARD® debit card so it is not able to be used at all or you can block your card from ATM Transactions, point of sale purchases, and international transactions.

How to set up Lock’N’Block®:

  1. Log into your Online Banking. 
  2. Choose Lock’N’Block® on the mobile App or if you are using a desktop computer, Click on 'Account Services' then Lock’N’Block® 
  3. Select the MEMBER CARD® debit card you want to lock or block. If you are on a desktop computer, you will have to click the 'Edit' button. 
  4. Now select the action you want to perform. You can choose to Lock this debit card, Block ATM transactions, Block purchases and refunds and/or Block international transactions. 
  5. Click 'Save Changes'.

If you locate your misplaced debit card or discover the potential fraud was a false alarm you can unblock or unlock your card by simply logging back into your online banking and follow the steps you did previously except this time you will be shutting off the safety features of Lock’N’Block. 

***It is recommended that you contact your branch as soon as possible if you believe there is a chance your card is being used fraudulently so that our staff can take the necessary steps to protect you from any potential losses.
