What’s the job?

Provide members and potential members with a variety of services. You take pride in promoting and selling cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The incumbent will respond to member and potential member inquiries and assist members to utilize the product and/or service that best meet their needs.

You have strong and effective two-way communication.  You create an exceptional service experience that is remembered by others.  You’re a goal setter, who strives for service excellence and success.  You have a desire and commitment to continuous learning.  You’re organized and have a strong attention to detail.

What you’ll do every day?

In this role, you’re the first face our members see when they visit us; greeting and helping them with their financial transactions, and reaching out and advising them of new opportunities, products and services.  You set goals to foster relationships through service excellence and continuous learning.
